What do you need from us to get started?To launch quickly, we’ll need:- Your best contact phone number(s) and business email- Your booking link (or we’ll help you create one)- Access to your lead sources (ex: website form, Google/Meta leads, CRM)- A short list of your services + service area- Any required opt-in/disclaimer text you already use (if applicable)2. Do you guarantee a certain number of leads or booked jobs?We don’t guarantee lead volume because that depends on your market, ad spend, seasonality, and how fast your team responds. What we do guarantee is that your lead-rescue + follow-up system is installed, tested, and running as agreed.3. What if our team misses calls or doesn’t respond fast?The system helps a lot, but speed still matters. If your team doesn’t answer/return calls, or doesn’t follow up with hot leads, results will be limited. We’ll provide recommended scripts and timing to make responding easier.4. What if we don’t have a CRM (or already have one)?No problem either way. We prefer to integrate into whatever you already use when possible. If you don’t have a CRM, we can still set up lead rescue + follow-up using lightweight tools.5. What happens if we don’t have enough lead flow yet?If your lead volume is low, the system still helps you capture every opportunity and follow up consistently. If needed, we can also suggest simple ways to increase lead flow (ads, forms, tracking), but lead generation is separate from the core service.6. Will we need to change our phone number?Usually no. We can set up missed-call text-back and follow-up without changing your main number. In some cases, we’ll add a dedicated number for automation.7. Do we have to use SMS?SMS is recommended because it gets the fastest response. If you prefer email-only or a lighter approach, we can adjust—but it may reduce conversion.
